What does medical physics cover?
The work includes planning and checking cancer treatment, improving medical images, measuring radiation and testing equipment. Physicists work with doctors, radiographers, technologists, engineers and other scientists.
You might specialise in radiotherapy, nuclear medicine, x-ray imaging and radiation safety, or imaging with MRI and ultrasound.
