1. These terms

These terms apply when you use Medical Physicist UK. If you do not agree with them, you should stop using the site.

2. What this site provides

The site provides independent general information about medical physics careers, training routes, registration, applications and vacancies. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHS, NSHCS, IPEM or HCPC.

3. No personal or professional advice

The content is not medical, employment, immigration, legal or professional-registration advice. The site cannot decide whether your qualification, experience or application is eligible. Check a material decision with the official recruiter, regulator, employer or appropriately qualified professional.

4. Accuracy and changing information

We try to check time-sensitive claims against the responsible source and show checked dates where useful. Recruitment dates, vacancies, pay, criteria and external pages can still change. We do not guarantee that content is complete, current for your circumstances or continuously available.

5. Vacancies and application tools

The jobs feed is a filtered, cached signpost and is not a complete recruitment service. The employer’s live advert and person specification are authoritative. Worksheets and practice material are preparation aids only; you remain responsible for following the current application rules and submitting work that is genuinely your own.

6. Third-party websites

Links to recruiters, regulators, employers and other websites are provided for convenience and verification. We do not control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

7. Commercial links

The current career guides, official vacancy links and evidence-planner download are not affiliate links. If commercial or affiliate links are introduced, they should be labelled and explained in the Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with normal operation, submit false measurement events, scrape the site in a harmful way or use the site unlawfully.

9. Intellectual property and personal use

Unless stated otherwise, the site’s content, design and branding are owned by or licensed to LATITUDE60 LTD. You may view, download and print material made available for personal study, including the evidence planner. You must not republish, sell or present site content as your own without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LATITUDE60 LTD is not liable for loss arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the site or a third-party website.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are not affected.
